sizes.
Typically they are measured by two dimensions, H x D (height by depth).
Height is defined as how tall a piece of stone is. Depth or Bed Depth as
it is somethimes called, is defined by the measure from the face of the
stone to the opposite side of the stone. The dimension of length is not
used typically when ordering stone. It is understood that "length"
is a variable number.
